| One of my new favorites! A gripping account of a man who lost his sight at age 3, but led a very successful life as a Para olympic downhill ski racer, an inventor, a business owner, a very active human being. Then 43 years later, he is told there is a stem-cell transplant that could restore his sight!! BUT, because he would be one of the first to have the procedure done, there were no guarantees. A fascinating, inspiring and thought-provoking book. Highly recommended by Sue. |
